1. Using Nelveo
By using nelveo.com or its tools (including the free Write demo), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. The free demo
The Write demo generates content using AI and is provided as-is, free of charge, subject to fair-use rate limits. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case — always review generated content before publishing it.
3. Paid plans
We're still onboarding early customers by hand — pricing shown on the site is indicative and confirmed individually before you're charged anything. Plan details and pricing may change as the product develops.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Nelveo to generate illegal, infringing, or abusive content, and don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service. We may restrict access for accounts or IPs that do.
5. Content ownership
Content generated for you through Nelveo is yours to use. The Nelveo name, logo, and site are our intellectual property.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for losses arising from your use of AI-generated content or from service interruptions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia and the EU.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
