Who we are

Nelveo ("we", "us") provides AI tools for generating and auditing e-commerce product content. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nelveo.com and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us directly:

• Contact form: your name, email, optional company, and your message.
• Newsletter / waitlist: your email and, optionally, your name.
• Write demo: the product details you type in are sent to our AI provider to generate a result. We keep a short-lived technical log (IP address, browser info) purely to enforce fair-use rate limits, not tied to your identity beyond that.

Why we use it

To reply to messages you send us, to send you product updates or launch notifications you signed up for, and to operate the free demo tools. We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's processed

Emails and contact/newsletter lists are handled through Resend, our email delivery provider, acting as our data processor. The Write demo sends your input to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini) solely to generate the response shown to you.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any list at any time via the link in our emails, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing us — see Contact below. As we're based in the EU, this applies under GDPR regardless of where you're writing from.

Cookies

We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies we set are strictly functional (e.g. keeping an admin session signed in).

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
